Fees & Payments

• A non-refundable registration fee of $30 will be charged to New Students

• 30-minute Private lesson: $45

• 60-minute Private lesson: $90

• 60-minute Group lesson:  $25

Registration Rules

​

• Our payment method operates on a monthly pre-authorization basis using your credit card.

• Charges will be applied 10 days before the beginning of each month, reflecting the number of lessons in the selected month. (Please note that you will receive an invoice before the withdrawal for each term)​​

• The first payment may include more sessions than a single month. This occurs when you enroll in the middle of the month, resulting in an additional two to three sessions being added to the first month’s tuition.

• We provide 3 kinds of time slots, Golden, Silver & Bronze 
  Golden Time Slots: 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm (Tuesday to Friday)

       -------------------------- 8:00 am to 3:00 pm (Saturday)

       Silver Time Slots: 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm (Tuesday to Friday)
       Bronze Time Slots: 10:00 am to 2:30 pm (Tuesday to Friday)

       ------------------------- 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm (Saturday)
*The Silver & Bronze time slots will be made available once a minimum number of requests has been received

• All students registering for Golden Time Slots are required to commit to a 4-month term to secure their spots

• Students registering for Silver Time Slots are required to commit to a 2-month term to secure their spots

• The Bronze time slot registration requires a one-month commitment​​​

• ​Please note that a $25 charge will apply if your credit card does not process successfully. To ensure smooth transactions, kindly email or text us before the invoice due date if you need to update your credit card information.

• ​Prices are subject to change with notice at the start of each year.

Attendance 

​

• No shows or failure to notify within 48 hours will result a forfeited lesson.

• We offer ONLY 1 makeup lesson every 4 months to ensure you never miss out on learning music.

• A 48-hour notice is required for scheduling a makeup session.

• No refunds or credits will be issued for booked lessons.

• If we cancel a lesson and we cannot schedule a make-up lesson, the student will receive one lesson credit. 

• There won’t be any makeup lessons offered for group lessons.

• Due to unforeseen natural disasters like heavy snowfall, flooding, or storms, we cannot offer makeup sessions or refunds for cancellations. Thank you for your understanding.

Withdrawals

​

•  To drop out of the lesson, please let us know at least 30 days written notice via text or email. ​It helps us keep things running smoothly for everyone.

*If you do not wish to renew your Golden spots, a 30-day written notice is required prior to the fourth month's withdrawal to avoid additional charges. Without a written notice, you will automatically be charged for another month at the end of your 4-month commitment.

Operation Hours​​

​

Our operation hours are Tuesday to Saturday, from 11 AM to 8 PM. We offer our classes year-round, remaining open on all public holidays, except for July 1st, December 25th, and January 1st. If you have any inquiries, feel free to reach out to us during these hours. ​

​Photography & Videography 

 

During the Lessons, we take photographs/videos of school activities involving students to share the school’s positive vibe and updates and to stay connected with families. This provides a fun new way to encourage and share students’ achievements. These photos/videos may be published through our website, social media pages, and ads.
