You have 30 days from your purchase or shipping date to return or exchange your product for a full refund.
Purchases made as Christmas gifts after November 1st can be returned until January 15th.
To receive a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition, including all original packaging and accessories.
We reserve the right to adjust our return/refund policy to address situations where the policy is being used in a manner that is not in good faith.
